Most of us have heard or seen something about Go, Diego, go.
He’s a brave little rescuer saving animals from all around the world; all while
teaching children Spanish. He teaches
them to respect nature and animals, and that they can’t touch baby sea turtles.
In case you aren’t child or adult who loves his show here is the miracle you
missed this week. Diego is now saving humans. There is the name and round down of
the wonderful show they had on this week. - Rhea is an Animal Rescuer
“Diego's practicing his Super Catch when suddenly; he hears
a cry for help. Some Cuckoo Birds are making fun of a Rhea because she can't
fly. Diego quickly reaches the Rhea and tells him it's okay that he can't fly because
there are lots of other cool things Rheas can do - like running super fast!
Diego invites Rhea to be an Animal Rescuer for the day and together they set
off to rescue a nest of Baby Cuckoo Birds. Along the way, Rhea protects some
Rhea eggs from the Pumas, tip-toes up the Slippery Rocks, and finally makes it
just in time to catch the Baby Cuckoos as they fall from their nest.” Posted on Nickjr.com
- This review I got off of nickjr.com does not do this episode justice. Here is what really happened. Rhea is a big bird who can fly, and the Cuckoo birds are always making fun of her. The make fun of her because she can’t fly. They make her feel so bad about her, self that Rhea is about to fall/jump off a high cliff to show them she can fly. To make them stop bullying her. Just as she is about to fall to her death Diego stops the Cuckoo bird’s, and saves Rhea’s life. Even after he saves her life Rhea still believes her bullies are right; that she is nothing, not even a bird. So Diego takes her under his wing and makes her an animal rescuer for a day and shows her she is more that meets the eye. Rhea is a wonderful bird, and even though she can’t fly, she is amazing. She even saves her bullies babies from falling to their deaths. Diego explains that making fun is hurtful and that the Cuckoo’s shouldn’t make fun of others.
- Isn’t that amazing! I really like this episode for oh so many reason. First I loved that the bullies were called Cuckoo birds; which is a real bird. You would have to be cuckoo to bully someone to death, which seems to be happening a lot these days. Second he also sees someone who is being bullied and helps them before it’s too late. How many times do you hear someone say I wish someone would have help my kid; would have stop the bullying before it was too late. Way to stand up against bullying Diego. Third his helping didn’t stop there; he made Rhea feel good about what she is again, and showed her she is wonderful in her own way. One of the most important things of all is she didn’t hold a grudge. Even though she almost died, because of her bullies; she came out the bigger animal. She saved the babies of the birds who almost bullied her to death. She did just let the babies died, or kill everyone she could. Talk about forgiveness. Every person in the world should have watched this episode ;). Let’s Go, Diego, Go and stop bullying, and teach real forgiveness.
